Shipping cost is automatically calculated upon checkout based on order total. If the actual cost to ship is less than what has been paid at checkout, we will do a partial refund for the difference. This may not occur in all cases.

Unused products may be returned to us (unless otherwise noted for certain products). A refund for the amount paid for the product + tax will be issued when the product is received at our office and verified. Initial shipping cost will not be refunded.
